i believe this important as in the uk we play vat on biscuits but not on cakes. it is therefore vitally important that we have a formula to distinguish which is which, so gordon brown has more of our fucking money to sink into collapsed high street banks.
i believe mcvities had prove that jaffa cakes were actually cakes and not biscuits.
