Ill-conceived advertising #37
December 10, 2004
The University of Huddersfield has recently been having a PR campaign telling potential students that at Huddersfield Uni, it's all about "U". Maybe trying to tie in some of that text-speak that all the kids are so fond of these days, I dunno. Still, perhaps for this particular poster used during this year's summer recruitment drive they could have thought it through a bit better ...

Ah but thanks to our glorious Government, a 'u' gets you into most unis these days. It's equivalent to an A**** with cherries and hundreds and thousands on top, you know.
